Our bistro was born in 2001 with the idea of offering a more casual dining experience to clients and friends of Echaurren. In these years he has managed to gain a loyal offering a simple cuisine, halfway between the tapa and the pot. With paper tablecloths and attentive service but quick and informal, is the more casual proposal from the house, ideal for young couples, families or groups of friends
Tanned in the kitchen of the Echaurren alongside Marisa and Francis, Yolanda Marañón overboard simple recipes like fried eggs, fresh pasta with vegetables, oxtail stew with red wine or a chicharro bread baked which she carefully stripped of thorns. The menu also offers dishes like salmon tartare, Rice with clams, grilled octopus or pork ribs with honey sauce. Thanks to three possible menus of small plates you will not go away without finding a flavor that will bring you again.
The Echaurren's little brother is just a few steps away, across the calle del Fuero, on the way to the Plaza de La Verdura. With a prime location, the former house of the Huércanas offered many possibilities as to turn it into a mere warehouse. The restaurant is decorated in a traditional style with stone walls and wooden beams, a colorful hydraulic tile imprints it character.
